Manic

Hearing the cry
Knowing that pain
tears falling
alone
inside
trapped to feelings
unable to control
fear
so well I know this place
and can’t help her out
my heart breaking
how can I save her
free her
she’s so far away
but here in my arms
holding her screams
fighting fright
the pain is
over welling
but
reminds us
we are alive
bearly
suffocating
by the anxiety
voices
screaming
awful things
thoughts
leave me
dark all around
trying to find
the light
feeling so tired
giving up would be
to easy
running in circles
till I want to give in
fighting for strength
Becoming stronger
together we will
survive
